Dissolving Mind Meditation Practice:  Begin with diaphragmatic breathing while listening to chimes and the sound of nature then allow of image of nature to come into your mind, such as a tree or a river or a field of flowers.  See this scene just as it is, blowing in the wind, flowing water, sun rising or setting, clouds moving.  Nothing is stationairy, everything is moving, in your mind, just as it is in nature.  The meditation will end with the Guide's voice and the sound of a Tibetan bowl.  RUNTIME 10 minutes.
